Feeling All the Love
We are so happy with all the feedback we received from the Valentine's Day meals this year. If you ordered one, hopefully you had the same experience as these customers who wrote in:

BettyAnn A.: Of all the five star meals I have had in my many many decades of life, my husband and I agree hands down yours was the best. It was so relaxing to enjoy a delicious quiet meal by candlelight in the privacy of our own home. We ate slowly the generous salad and appetizer while the main entry cooked. We took our time enjoying every savory bite of the stuffed salmon and delicious veggies. We barely had room for dessert but ate it anyhow. Covid or not, Kathleen’s Catch pre-packaged Valentine is a tradition we are keeping. Thank you and the staff for all your work to ensure Valentine's dinner was such a huge success.

Species Spotlight: Wild Striped Bass
In the confusing world of fish names, wild striped bass is also known as rockfish and striper. The fish we are featuring this week is from the Atlantic and is one of our all-time favorites. It has a beautiful creamy white meat that is mild and flavorful at the same time.

Our portions come with the skin on so that you can cook them on your grill with no trouble. It's going to be a pretty nice weekend (almost spring-like) so we've included a few grilling recipes here like:

"If you are not grilling this weekend and want a gorgeous company-worthy dinner, this is my very best recipe for striped bass. It came from a cookbook for The Inn at Little Washington, but I got it from a customer years ago. Set aside an afternoon for preparing all of it or just skip right to the sauce and fish preparation."
